What Happens If I Hire Your Personal Injury Law Firm?
Video Transcript: When you hire my firm, you’re actually hiring me. You’re not going be shipped off to a first-level associate. I’m actually going to handle your file. I’ll be the client contact. Because I keep the number of files I have smaller than most personal injury firms, I’m able to spend more time and pay more attention to the details of your case that you may not get from somebody that’s handling five hundred to a thousand cases and you’re just another file in the file cabinet.
Obviously if you can get a recommendation from someone you know and trust who’s unfortunately been through the situation, I think that’s the best way to start. If you don’t know a personal injury lawyer per se but you know a trusted, well-respected lawyer, reach out to that lawyer and see if they can’t recommend someone that they’ve worked with in the past. If you end up that you’re online, you know, look for reviews. Look to see whether the lawyer is board-certified. Go to the state bar website to see whether there’s any grievances or any history with problems with the state bar and see particularly what type of cases they handle.
